Nautilus explores how a light can feel organic without reproducing a natural object literally. A sequence of curved ribs gathers around the light source, opening and closing as the silhouette turns. The changing gaps make the shade read differently from each viewpoint: dense and sculptural in profile, lighter and more transparent from below.
Studio views isolate that movement, while the dining-room visualisation tests the pendant as a focal point above a table. Developed within the Organicism investigation, the concept brings together studies of natural growth, parametric flow and the relationship between a light source and its surrounding structure.
